About Marketing Manager – Lead Generation

  The Opportunity:

  HCHB is going through an exciting time of rapid market and product expansion, and to support that growth we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager for Lead Generation to run strategy, planning and execution for lead gen campaigns.

  A digital presence and outreach is key to driving leads into the marketing funnel. As Marketing Manager for Lead Gen you will be responsible for working with the Product Marketing & Content teams to communicate new products and features, thought leadership and educational content to prospects and customers to move them farther down the marketing funnel to drive lead conversion.

  Primary responsibilities include; develop, execute, and measure lead gen marketing campaigns with a focus on demand generation and growth marketing.

  We are looking for a dynamic marketing manager who can collaborate across teams to drive lead generation and revenue and performance and who is self-motivated, organized, innovative, and analytical.

  What You Will Do:

  Develop, implement, and manage high-quality acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the business's online platforms for prospects and current customers Manage email marketing campaigns from beginning to end through plan development, creative briefs, writing/editing, targeting, setup, implementation, and reporting/analysis Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel Manage all lead gen forms on the website in coordination with the Website Marketing Manager and landing pages to maximize leads and improve reporting Analyze data and make smart recommendations to increase traffic, the number of quality leads, and conversion rates Design, develop, and maintain regular reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals Work closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to achieve program milestonesWhat You Will Bring:

  Bachelor's degree 3+ years of demonstrated success and expertise in digital marketing Extensive experience with effective digital marketing copy Strong experience with Pardot and Salesforce Demonstrable experience generating high-performing demand gen campaigns Knowledge of demand gen best practices and benchmarking Demonstrable experience of moving prospects through all stages of the marketing funnel Solid organizational, planning, and self-motivation skills Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas in a collaborative environmentAbout Us
