Job Description
Understand market digital trends and what's business issue & opportunity to provide business strategy for both digital team and brand team - Strategical thinking
Lead Digital data science to increase operation efficiency, develop strategical plan for PESO (paid, shared, earned, owned media) optimization - CPTA, CP Search
Lead management on RED, Bili Bili, WeChat, Weibo, EC short video & livestreaming not limited to platform business plan, touch point management, content & activation development, etc. - SOV, SOP (for SEM) , CPV, Hot content rate
As digital owner for 1-2 of Huggies/Kotex key product lines,to build up best sellers, including recruitment plan, media planning, content management, etc. - SOV, CPNP Creative, insightful
Strong leadership and commutation skill as digital project leader
leadership, communication skill, vendor management
Education Background

Bachelor's degree required,
Fulgent in English speaking and writing

7+ years of digital/social related working experience.

About You

You're also a college graduate with a degree , or a related area, and have at least 5 years of continuous work experience.
