As a Marketing Intern in Critical Care you will make an impact by:
Conducting opportunity assessment (SWOT, market research) and defining value propositions relevant to the key stakeholdersBuilding a segmentation strategy and exploring the product positioning (customer journey map)Collaborating with regional & global supply chain to prepare the initial launch forecastIdentifying and implementing tactical activity needed to drive sales opportunities & leadsSupporting internal & external product training plans and creating a collateral strategyEnsuring all the tools are in place for the business to support the product launchMaintaining a dashboard to track initial performance of the product launch and providing reports of the results
What you'll need:
Bachelor Degree program completed and being currently enrolled and finishing a Master's degree in marketing, economics or business-related areaA first marketing experience working on business analytics would be preferredStrong business acumen and project management skills, organization ability, with a dynamic analytical approachCapability to anticipate problems and provide innovative solutions to complex issues in specialized area, driving achievement of objectivesAnalytical thinker, structured, proactive, action and results orientedOpenness to travel across Europe up to 30% of working timeFluent in English. Other European languages are a plusProven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), business intelligence. Analytics tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, SalesForce.com) would be a plusDetail-oriented, rigorous with an interest in organization of informationAbility to work in a multicultural environmentSelf-motivation and motivating to others, with robust interpersonal skills
