WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the senior director for our marketing analytics function, you will take strategic ownership of shaping and delivering our marketing analytics strategy and associated program to ensure the team is well-positioned to surface data-driven insights and recommendations demonstrating the value and impact of our marketing activities. This could involve identifying growth opportunities, predicting marketing trends, or understanding customer segments.

The ideal candidate for this role has demonstrated ability to deliver value through generating digital channel and audience insights through leveraging first and third-party data sources as well as applying knowledge of digital consumption best practices. This expertise is critical to scale and innovate BCG's approach to audience acquisition as well as our ability to identify opportunities for engagement for clients and whitespace.
The ideal candidate for this role understands the value and impact of actioning insights from digital channels, understanding what good looks like, as well as has deep technical knowledge of how to build a visual story shown through data. This role will oversee a team of subject matter experts accountable for shaping our marketing analytics function and model for our team and stakeholders the impact of data-driven marketing to complement and drive conversion across all levels of marketing funnel and influence our customer experience activities.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
15+ years of digital marketing experience with deep understanding of marketing strategy and associated activation of channel strategy
Bachelor's degree in business, math, statistics, computer science, or related technical field. MBA and/or MS a strongly preferred
Strong experience in problem-solving, communication, leadership, strategic and critical thinking
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages like SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Ability to analyze and decipher large datasets, derive meaningful insights, and draw actionable conclusions from data to inform ongoing strategy
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Marketing Automation platforms
Strong business acumen with exceptional numerical and analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver clear executive level presentations
Experience and successful track record in leading change and operating complex initiatives, gaining the necessary buy-in from leadership and key stakeholders, spanning multiple data sources, complex application environments to pull actionable insights to extend value and impact across channel and audience activities and conversion opportunities
Extensive experience in business analytics. Strong track record of taking complex business questions and translating them effectively into data-driven insights that can be actioned across channels driving possible commercial impact
Demonstrated ability to lead with direct and influence without authority, and implement change successfully in a fast paced and complex operating environment
Great at developing relationships across diverse teams (including statistical, technical, and marketing resources)
Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with laws such as GDPR or CCPA
