  To strengthen the BD Biosciences (BDB) & BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Teams in the Nordic, we are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our Team as a Marketing and Business Assistant BDB/MMS.

  The Marketing and Business Assistant supports both BDB and MMS businesses by performing variety of administrative tasks, compliance management as well as supporting various marketing activities.

  The Marketing and Business Assistant works closely with internal associates, but also directly with external customers when for example coordinating marketing events.

  The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude and willingness to perform various administrative tasks according to internal processes and business practices.

  Main responsibilities will include:

  Compliance management for marketing events/trade-shows incl. health care professional agreements.Purchase order management and follow up, including support in vendor creation and vendor invoicing.Exhibition coordination, including event registrations and exhibition material.Support with coordinating internal and external meetings/events.Support with digital marketing initiatives.Managing translation processes and printing with suppliers.Supporting coordination of instrument trainings, customer training registrations, and training invoicing.Provide admin support to management teams.Other duties and responsibilities based on the business needs.

  About You

  Service-minded and organized with a strong administrative focus.Experience in business support.Excellent communication skills.Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and timelines.Proficiency in English and one Nordic language is required.Experience from creating & maintaining marketing and/or sales tools is an advantage.Advanced skills in MS Office and Adobe InDesign are an advantage.
