  Please note this is a fixed-term contract.

  Main responsibilities will include:

  Support the implementation of the European product portfolio strategies including pricing, positioning and product promotionDevelop market specific strategies and tactics to ensure that BU is well positioned for success e.g. providing clear direction on the relevant value and product positioningSupport the Field Sales team with product information and contribute to product training initiatives as appropriateCollaborate with European (and Global) Marketing Teams to share information and update with market data, product developments and market specific strategic and tactical plansDevelop and maintain expert market knowledge in terms of quantitative data (e.g. market data, market trends, competitor pricing) and qualitative data (e.g. customer needs, competitor activities, plans, technologies); recommending suitable actions to improve opportunities and minimize potential threats to the businessProduct life-cycle management, to includes all aspects of the product life-cycle include product recalls and field corrective actionsDrives commercial excellence including supporting global product development efforts and driving launch excellence, market specific strategies and coordinating launch activities with all relevant partnersWork with other product managers and businesses on the development of relevant solutions to address customer problemsDevelopment and production of promotional material / marketing collateral and tools which will deliver key messages, positioning and reflect brand essenceDevelop and support market research activitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive product information files / product database to provide the business with a source of reference for all product technical and data enquires; ensuring BD is well positioning to lead the technical requirements of tendersDevelop and maintain a competitive intelligence databaseConduct regular customer visits together with sales force to develop awareness of the key market requirements / customer unmet needsCollaborate and work effectively with the marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and the cross-functional teams, such as, clinical, regulatory, supply chainSupport PI business to adapt commercial strategy to environment changes identify key trends, demonstrate these into internal discussion and drive projects with long-term perspective and long-term commercial impact (e.g. reimbursement)

  About you

  Min. BSc degreeExperienced in business and marketing administrationExperience in Marketing or/and Market Development in Healthcare Industry Fluent English and PolishStrong planning, organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage with different responsibilitiesA proactive, result driven & entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to network & build long-term customer relationshipsAbility to both work independently as within a team with the ability to influence without authority
