Job Description
Responsible in integrating both within Manufacturing team and various supporting groups to deliver loading and execution strategy, system and delivery performance, links to the organization goals and indicators, delivering best in class output performance LIPAS and VOLPAS, Cycle Time and Utilization.Evaluates and provides key input on qualifies, sustains and improves systems in manufacturing environment that related to delivery.Works across factory modules to integrate the entire manufacturing process with a manufacturing system that is reliable, economically competitive, and environmentally responsible and meets factory requirements.Acts as a connector for manufacturing with virtual factory groups, such as automation, control, supply chain, and industrial engineering to deploy necessary capabilities to factories while maintaining systems and configurations across the organization.Uses data analytics to identify and fix issues that related to manufacturing delivery.Works across factories to drive product continuous improvement roadmaps that improve manufacturing performance
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering or Related degree.5+ years in high volume production operation management experience.5+ years of experience in a multinational company in one of the following areas: demand management, material requirement planning, capacity planning, master scheduling or related.
Preferred Qualifications:
Good knowledge on Factory Physics / Data Mining.APICS CPIM Certification.Experience/ knowledge in Assembly / Test manufacturing process is a plus.SQL - Power BI knowledge.Lean Six Sigma knowledge
