Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years combined experience in any of the following: Subcontracts Management, Procurement, Program Management, or Contracts ManagementMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Subcontracts Management, responsible for subcontracts in excess of $50 Million for an engineering product lineMust have a minimum of 2 years of Leadership experience - Manager or Team Lead experience is acceptableMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience with FAR and DFARSMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience using the following software tools: SAP or related purchasing software, Excel, PowerPoint, MS ProjectMust have a minimum 2 years of experience in conducting oral presentations to executive leadershipMust have an Active, In-Scope DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher that has been granted or renewed within the past 6 yearsPreferred Qualifications:Master Degree in Business, Global Supply Chain, or Project ManagementSignificant experience conducting oral presentations to senior leadershipInternal Northrop Grumman Subcontracts experience10 years of DoD Subcontracts Management ExperienceKnowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)Previous CAM Experience or TrainingExperience with compliance auditsExperience with Best Value competitionsExperience with Risk & Opportunity managementNegotiating skills with contracts in excess of $100 millionChange Management experienceSpecial Program AccessSalary Range: $138,400 - $207,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
