Manager, Strategy and Planning
The Role
This role will help with Portfolio and Performance Management Efforts within FT Strategy and Planning. You will work closely with the Strategy and Planning teams across multiple BUs to help them prepare for business reviews. You will also closely work with the Jira/Jira Align teams and reporting teams to address any issues. This role requires a self-starter capable of driving multiple efforts simultaneously.
The Expertise You Have
5+ years of experience in strategy and planning roles in a financial service firmKnowledge of standard work management tools like Jira, Jira AlignKnowledge of Fidelity's planning processesUnderstanding of how Work should be structured in Jira AlignStrong understanding of and experience with Agile practices, processes, and artifactsCreating transparency and trust with customersAbility to successfully collaborate across functions and build trust with key partners.Knowledge of Financial services brokerage operations, services and technology systems preferredExcellent written and verbal communications skills and strong presentation capabilityBachelor degree required
