Your New Role...
This position is accountable to facilitate operational excellence integrating incident management, problem management, request management and knowledge management processes. This position is the point of contact for internal and external users and validates the advancing of system issues and projects to the appropriate teams. The manager collaborates closely with various technical and support teams, Business users to manage projects, enhancements and system issues and ensure solutions are implemented with proper governance with business impact in mind and appropriate organizational change management support for business cutover. This position will monitor the quality of deliverables and identify changes required to ensure alignment with standards and best practices. The manager will participate in the analysis and design of solutions and lead the troubleshooting for business and system problems and drive to root cause and resolution. This position will review, prepare, evaluate, and recommends project course corrections when need. The manager will clearly articulate requirements, issues, corrective plan and deliverables to IT Leadership, Business and Service Provider.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Acts as problem coordinator for business issues and system breaks; Identify and analyze problems, devises solutions through cross-functional teamwork and determines corrective action. Assesses requirements and assigns priorities and resolution targets. Develops technical and business proficiency through formal education, project assignment and interfacing with Service Provider teams.Work with the established support operating model to ensure quality support and avoid Business/IT escalations, Work with individual Service Provider teams to ensure timely ticket resolution within SLA bandwidth.Manage delivery of enhancements in time and budget. develop productive working relationships with client teams, Reviews the team's deliverables for adherence to standards and to ensure quality.Collaborate with client on WBT work prioritization. Provide single point of contact for WBT services (limited to facilitation and escalation).
Qualifications & Experiences...
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of SAP experience implementing and managing global support with on/offshore contracted resources.Hands-on experience with ERP and SaaS software including SAP ERP in at least 2 or more Functional Areas (FI-GL, FA, AR, AP FI-CO P2P, MM, SD)Ability to operate independently or as part of a team and complete agreed upon deliverables within established timeframesStrong analytical, problem solving, priority setting, time management and organizational skills Experience in project and change management of development or operations projects is required
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
Deep knowledge of Financials, and media and filmed entertainment industryS/4 Hana experienceWorking knowledge of a ticketing tool ServiceNowExperience integrating acquired businesses into common enterprise financial systems and operationalize financial processes
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $109,900.00 - $204,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
