As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing our account management team by providing expert level sales knowledge and coaching while also pushing for process improvement and strategically leading the team to exceed goals.

Your Experience & Skills
2+ years of sales management experience2+ years of sales experience as a B2B account manager (quota carrying)SaaS experienceExperience in a high-velocity sales role, with the ability to coach AM's on navigating a high-volume of sales cyclesTrack record of working with junior/first-time AM's to nurture and develop a strong sales acumenAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targetsExcellent leadership and influencing skills; and ability to build strong business partnerships both outside and within the organizationStrong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executivesExperience negotiating and navigating contractsSelf-starter, result-oriented, high energy, adaptable, and inquisitiveStrong written and oral communication skillsBA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $180,00-$220,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
