As a Sales Operations Manager you will lead a team of Contracts Specialists and be responsible for building and maintaining a High Performance team that adheres to stated KPIs and aligned with V2MOM objectives. Collaborating across Finance, Legal, Revenue, and Pricing, you'll get to work with large enterprise solutions customers to ensure that both of our interests are met as well as moving the contracting process along.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Contract SpecialistsCollaborate & build relationship through regular touch points with Sales leadershipCommunicate expectations to team members, manage performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback and recognitionCreate and foster a motivating work environment. Manages on-going learning and development needs of team membersDeliver on SOX Compliance requirementsEnsure the team is aware of & adhering to policies and proceduresPerform audits on the quality of work using existing Reports and DashboardsLeverage department dashboard to ensure inquiries are processed timely and accuratelyActs as the first point of contact for any escalations. If unable to resolve the issue, escalate to Management appropriatelyAble to work in a complex and changing organisation by enabling team and give them clear guidelines by consulting with their peersEnsure the collaboration with peers and extended support functionsDetermine when to own deals that may be too complex for the Team and act as the POC when requiredEnsure Deal coverage during their team leaveChallenge Status Quo & provide recommendations on Internal processesEnsure V2MOM objectives are met on a regular basisEnsure employee career/development discussions objectives are met
Required Skills:
2+ years of relevant work experience in finance or operationsPrior experience in large scale technology company required, enterprise software preferredDemonstrated influence delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and solution providing skills Able to work under pressure with competing prioritiesFlexibility and ability to adjust on the fly, to new demands; a high sense of urgencyStrong Team PlayerAble to work autonomouslyEnglish required, other languages a plus
