　　Manager, Product Management - Card Loyalty Platform

　　The Capital One Loyalty team is looking for a strong product manager who is passionate about driving customer value via an industry-leading loyalty program. This person will help shape our Loyalty platform strategy, ensuring we execute on the highest priorities and bring fresh ideas to our internal and external customers.

　　The ideal candidate for this role has a mix of product, development, and management experiences. Familiarity with data products, platform migrations down to the infrastructure level, technical problem solving, working in white space, and experience influencing strategy and execution is preferred. Experience working with a loyalty platform is a strong bonus.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringMBA or Master's degree2+ years of experience in Agile product management

　　The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

　　New York City:

　　$160,200 - $182,800 for Manager, Product Management

　　Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

　　This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
