Position Overview
As CIP Program Manager, you will lead a team in responding to the NERC cybersecurity requirements and internal controls associated with physical andelectronic cyber security risks, associated with power generationfacilities. Based out of our downtown Chicago or Denver office, you willutilize your previously demonstrated program administration and technicalexpertise to fulfill the job responsibilities with limited managerialoversight
Responsibilities
Independently drive end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution ofassigned deliverables supporting program administration, compliancemonitoring/demonstration, CIP-004 Access Management, and internalcontrols activitiesProvide information and operational technology, cyber security,networking, and SCADA proficiency guidance in relation to the demonstrationof compliancePartner with IT/OT Teams, Networking, SCADA, Cyber Security, andCorporate Security personnel to ensure effective security controls areimplemented to satisfy the NERC CIP RequirementsOversee the maintenance of Invenergy NERC CIP policies and proceduresSupport the professional development of junior staffDevelop and deliver NERC training to internal support groups and externalstakeholdersMaintain awareness of emerging utility industry and cyber securitydevelopments through benchmarkingDevelop and maintain KPIs that reflect program performancePerform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, CyberSecurity, or related discipline with an engineering/power system focus7+ years of demonstrated IT/OT and cyber security technical acumen application3+ years of direct NERC program implementation and administration experience3+ years of managing direct reportsCritical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve complexproblems with limited managerial oversight.Demonstrates sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtainingsolutionsAbility to multi-task and maintain high performance under pressure in adynamic, fast-paced environment.Ability to use discretion in handling confidential informationProficient in the use of MS SharePoint and KPI ApplicationsProficient in firewall, networking, and vulnerability scan technologiesWillingness to travel between 10-20%
Preferred Skills:
Advanced Knowledge of NERC rules and framework, highly preferredDesired Certifications: CISSP, CISM, and CISAAdvanced organizational, presentation/facilitation, verbal, andwritten communication skills
Base Pay
125,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD AnnualBonus: 25% - 40%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for theposition. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base payoffers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and thecandidate's experience, education and skills.
