As a Manager on the Media Planning Team for Hulu, you will lead end-to-end media strategy and campaign execution across Hulu Originals marketing efforts. You will provide integrated media campaign recommendations to achieve business objectives across both online and offline media channels. The Manager will also work with management and key stakeholders to identify opportunities to increase performance and pivot in real time, and must have strong communication skills with the ability to maintain relationships with both internal teams and external vendors to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of media campaigns including monitoring and assessing performance, assisting in strategic analysis of campaign performance, testing targets, creative, copy, media types, etc. across all channels (Broadcast, Radio, OOH, Print, Digital, Programmatic, Search, etc.).
Conduct weekly program optimizations and performance analysis against campaign goals; manage media plan budgets.
Provide recommendations to improve strategies, tactics, visibility, and drive results.
Work with the cross-functional agency team to develop strong total communications approach.
Collaborate with marketing managers across brand and licensed priorities to ensure media campaigns ladder up to overall campaign objectives.
Work with management and stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years integrated media planning experience with a proven track record of having executed successful campaigns across all funnels and channels.
A deep understanding of Integrated Media Planning with a deep generalist knowledge set of all media channels.
Flexibility with the ability to pivot in real-time with creative approaches to problem solving – finding the yes rather than saying no.
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, highly charged environment.
Demonstrated ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and successfully manage multiple assignments.
Self-motivated and resourceful.
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
Passionate team mentality.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint as well as Google Docs.,
The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $84,500 to $113,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
