2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202Here is what you can expect as a Finance manager at DaVita:As a DaVita Financial Manager based at DaVita's world headquarters inDenver, CO, you will join the Delphi Digital Next Finance Team performinga wide range of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions, aswell as leadership activities for the Digital Next initiative which pursuesclinical excellence by engaging patients, physicians, and teammatesthrough industry leading IT, education, process improvement, andcommunicationsThis position is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, supportingprocess improvements, metric/report development, customer invoicingsupport, and providing detailed financial analysis to ensure goals andobjectives are achieved in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core Values.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Employ strong EQ to build relationships with team, leaders and partners- Leverage network to achieve project goals and create buy-in fromstakeholders- Create thoughtful, results-oriented presentations, anticipatequestions, and drive engagement- Lead the budget cycle collaborating with department heads to craft, andsubmit, detailed annual spending plans- Coordinate with lane owners to identify short and long-termforecast-impacting variables to improve monthly financial projections andreporting- Perform variance analysis and interpret financial results for leaders acrossvarious levels of the organization- Develop and monitor metrics, key to evolving business needs- Build and maintain decision support models- Ensure monthly customer billing accuracy, reconciliation, andcommunication with Legal and Compliance- Monitor business AP activities, and synchronize with Accounting formonth-end close- Coordinate with direct and indirect reports to ensure high quality,on-time, and accountable work from team- Manipulate, reference and summarize large data sets- Other ad hoc analysis and special projects
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree, quantitative disciplines preferred4+ years in finance, consulting, or relevant business analytics rolePrevious experience managing teammatesExtensive experience with financial modeling and familiarity working withlarge, complex Excel filesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to properly digestcomplicated data sets or business scenarios to provide creative & efficientsolutionsTeam-player able to work collaboratively alongside our stakeholdersStrong communication skills to share recommendations to team leaders and keystakeholders through verbal and written presentationsExperience with Oracle Essbase/SmartView, Anaplan preferred

Salary/ Wage Range$75,200.00-$110,400.00 / year
Compensation for the rol will depend on a number of factors, including acandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and mayfall outside of the range shown.
