  Job Description

  The role of Data Analytics and Automation Manager is part of the leadership team of Data Operations in Global Business Services for North America (GBS NAM). The Data Operations Team is responsible for improving data management utilization, accuracy, and automated data verification across the value stream, enabling data-driven decision-making leveraging scaled data capabilities and driving productivity through end-to-end analyses for the GBS NAM functions: Financial Services, Supply Chain Management, HR/PPS, CFC - Commercial & Service, Campaign Management, Sleep & Respiratory, Service Operations, Proposal Management, Procurement, Transition Team, Quality & Regulatory.

  We are searching for a collaborative and impactful Data Analytics and Automation Manager to lead our Analytics team! The Analytics team uses advanced data extraction, data manipulation, and analytics skills to generate insights from this complex and large volume of data. Additionally, leveraging automation tools, expand the usage of the data insights into automation data verification to reduce manual work. With a deep understanding of our data and a keen economic mindset, this team manager plays an integral role in informing business decisions. They'll tell the story about what's happening in the business in a way that identifies issues and uncovers opportunities.

  You are responsible for (but limited to)Managing a team of data analysts and automation developers whose goals are to ensure data quality, integrity, normalization, and accuracy of available datasets. Improve data quality as per the data quality framework and working with the data owner. Internal and external benchmarking to establish things influencing data quality.Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata. Generate business insights using BI dashboards that shall provide clear directions/actions to senior managers to support decision-making.Support digitization and data verification automation to improve the quality of data and reduce manual work. Root cause analysis by using quality analysis tools, machine learning, and statistics.Partnership and collaboration with functional leaders and subject matter experts to assess, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement projects leveraging data analytics and automation tools to reduce manual work efforts.You're the right fit if: You've acquired 3+ years of management experience in Supply Chain.You have working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst working on Business intelligence tools/platforms and systems.Your skills include experience with QlikView, Adobe Analytics, Google 360, Python, R Programming, Scala, Apache Spark, and AWS Redshift. Knowledge of analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel VBA Macros, RSPSS, SAS is an added advantage.You've demonstrated business results and impact with analytical, numeric skills, and the ability to convey data story through visualization.You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information management, Statistics, or related fieldYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.Philips Transparency Details

  The pay target for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

  In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.
