  Position Summary

  The Manager, Compensation will partner with the Sr. Director, Global Total Rewards to oversee the development and implementation of compensation, recognition, and wellbeing programs for the US and Canada. The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of compensation plans and programs including vendor management, compliance, project management, strategic planning and design and communication. This includes project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication, compliance, and cost. In this role, you'll also make an impact by being a compensation advisor to HR and HUBs to support strategic compensation initiatives and needs while helping to design our compensation analysis process and framework for the future.

  Responsibilities: Partner with the Benefit Services team, HR, Consultants, and leadership teams to suggest changes, analyze performance and ensure equitable and consistent compensation and total rewards strategy that are aligned with HUB's strategic objectives. Oversee and monitor performance of internal and external vendors and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth plan changes and efficient ongoing administration. Manage and build strong relationships with external vendors to ensure they adhere to established plan goals, deliver targeted results, and meet agreed upon service levels. Conduct analysis and oversee design and development of plan changes as necessary to ensure benefit programs are competitive and cost-effective on a global scale. Provides guidance and recommendations to HR around job analysis, appropriate compensation benchmarking, and bonus review and design and FLSA compliance. Strong focus on compensation consulting (e.g. job evaluations, offers, restructuring, proactive data driven compensation planning and analytics). Partner on the beginning stages for development of company-wide compensation strategies and pair with business needs and other HR strategies to develop business specific rewards strategies. Collaborates directly with the business to advise and execute on Compensation-related initiatives that can facilitate the achievement of each unit's immediate and long-term objectives. Participate in area and industry surveys and evaluate existing company programs with benchmark. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of compensation experience with at least 2 years at a global organization and in a lead position Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focused attention to details and the ability to analyze, organize, and effectively communicate complex ideas Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Excellent consultative skills and provides influence and authoritative advice Ability to recognize gaps in processes and recommend holistic solutions Organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining confidential and sensitive information. Ability to deliver presentations at all levels within an organization Possess high level of integrity; Be widely trusted, direct, and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy of discretion through ambiguous phases of expansion project development Strong sense of accountability, sound personal judgement and global business acumen Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company preferred Ability to handle and maintain high level of confidentiality Strong analysis skills, including financial acumen Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities CCP and/or CBP desired but not required Experience with Workday strongly preferred Position may require some travel Department Human Resources

  Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
