Team Runway is the central change management and deployment function in theVillage. We partner with all teams to create and deploy efficient andeffective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives.
The Change Management and Deployment Manager will support the implementationof small to large change initiatives using process improvement and changemanagement methodologies. This will require working in a fast paced and highlycollaborative environment, with a high level of emotional intelligence.Change deployments will include:
Partnering with teams across the organization to deploy new processes andinnovative medical technologiesUse of organizational / behavioral change management strategies and tacticalplansExercising strong project management skills to achieve adoption andtransformational outcomesAdhering to and evolving a standard practice for change management anddeploymentThe Manager will directly lead and/or indirectly influence teams of highlymotivated change agents with process improvement, change management, andorganization development experience, and is expected to effectively manageindividual work streams and communicate recommendations to business unit leadsand senior executives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develops and executes change management strategies and tactical plans to helpindividuals adopt change and modify behavior consistent with intent of changeinitiativesManages project stakeholders to be supportive of change and actively engage assponsorsIdentifies adoption, adherence, and outcome metrics and designsmeasurement processes to reinforce change effectivenessLeverages change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, etc.) tostructure and incubate deployment plans and strategiesRecognizes, documents and shares best demonstrated practices across theenterpriseMasterfully articulates the "Why?" behind change programs to help createa shared visionPossesses strong analytical prowess with the ability to translate analysisinto prioritized recommendations.Presents comfortably and compellingly to audiencesSuccessfully collaborates with cross-functional lanes on projects to manage toa plan and integrate across work streamsDemonstrates ability to use relationship building and communication skills toclearly articulate objectives and influence othersPlans and executes all elements of deployment. Includes, but is not limitedto:Stakeholder Management and Assessing Change ReadinessSponsorship modelsCommunication PlansTraining plans and mediumsWorks closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standingrelationships with operators and clinicians10%-25% travel may be required
QUALIFICATIONS:6-8 years of work experience in change management, organizationaldevelopment and / or project implementationExperience supporting large-scale implementation or business transformationteams with tangible impact on operating/financial performanceBachelor's degree requiredChange management certification preferredProject management certification preferred

Salary/ Wage Range$82,800.00-$121,600.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including acandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and mayfall outside of the range shown.
