We are seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as a flex campaign planner focused on mobilizing campaigns, plus lead marketing performance initiatives to serve the wider team.
The Corporates Marketing Manager, Campaign Planning is responsible for creating and mobilizing omni-channel marketing plans to meet sub-segment sales, pipeline, and revenue goals, in context of the overall Segment goals. In addition, this Planner is responsible for mobilizing initiatives related to performance forecasting, budgeting, and process efficiencies.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Manager, Campaign Planning, you will:
Serve as a "connector" and trusted partner across TR Marketing and the Corporates business, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies into impactful, customer-centric omni-channel campaign plansDevelop and implement performance forecasting strategies and methodologies to predict and analyze anticipated outcomes and performance.Continually monitor success of planning process and identify efficiencies, opportunities to optimize, leverage best practices, with hyperfocus on budget management process and maintenanceUnderstand customer personas and pain points to inform relevant, personalized campaigns.Develop acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell marketing campaign plans to meet business objectivesCreate initiative-specific marketing briefs and plan overviews to drive business impactMobilize digital campaign plans with cross-functional teams through thoughtful planning, integration of relevant content and effective translation into demand generation programs and activitiesManage budget, planning, monitoring, and reconciling spend with focus on strong ROITranslate campaign performance data and analytics into actionable insightsPresent and communicate campaign plans, learnings, optimizations, and ongoing experimentation to cross-functional stakeholders and sales teams

About You

5+ years in marketing planning and campaign strategyBA/BS required; MBA preferredLeader of omni-channel and digital marketing programmingExpertise in streamlining and enhancing process effectivenessCustomer-centric, high-achieving self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphereTeam player with the ability to foster strong relationships across multiple levels and functions within the organizationSkilled at conflict resolution, solution selling and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomesEntrepreneurial 'can do' approach with an adaptable, change-oriented mindsetData driven mindset paired with a highly analytical approachExperience in a matrixed and agile environment preferred
