Come join Intuit Small Business and Self Employed Group (SBSEG) as a Senior Manager for the Marketing Data and Analytics team!
This is a team leader role that will help drive the data and analytics vision for QuickBooks paid marketing channels, which are critical in bringing new users and revenue to the business. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for the measurement, insights, and optimization efforts across paid media channels. You will leverage the comprehensive suite of marketing analytics tools and capabilities at our disposal and support senior leaders in driving the right marketing decisions required to produce optimal marketing experiences for prospective customers, accelerating user acquisition across the QuickBooks suite of products.
What you'll bring
7+ years of experience driving analytical solutions and roadmaps for marketing organizations
1-2 years experience leading teams of data analysts or data scientists with a strong ability to coach and develop others
Domain expertise in paid media channels and marketing technology stacks
Proven ability to organize and lead cross-functional analytical projects end-to-end
Strong data storytelling skills and ability to influence senior leaders
Deep understanding of marketing tracking, tag implementation, attribution, and marketing models
Prior hands-on experience in advanced statistical analysis and controlled experimentation
Strong practical ability to read and write SQL required, experience with data and analytics solutions on cloud platforms including AWS and big data technologies preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or business/economics or equivalent work experience, advanced degree preferred
How you will lead
Lead and develop a world class team of marketing analysts, coaching technical and strategic skill sets
Drive the data and analytics strategic vision across all paid marketing and channel measurement roadmaps to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth
Define the paid marketing analytics team charter and own the prioritization of work against that charter to maximize impact
Be a central analytics leader across cross-functional teams, driving analytics thought leadership and supporting business leaders in making key marketing decisions
Work with analytics partners to grow the maturity and adoption of our marketing analytics capabilities
Oversee the delivery of paid marketing measurement, experimentation, data enablement, dashboarding and reporting needs to marketing partners
Maintain and improve marketing data infrastructure, working with data engineers to collect critical data from upstream sources, improve the durability of data pipelines, and construct data models to enable analytics use cases.
