  Position Description

  CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support FBI in Quantico, VA.

  Hourly wage: $35.64/hr. (non-negotiable)

  CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certification. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.*

  Your future duties and responsibilities

  Performs non-routine assignments of substantial variety and complexity, using operational precedents which are not fully applicable. Such assignments, which are typically parts of broader assignments, are screened to eliminate unusual design problems. Receives technical advice from supervisor or engineer; work is reviewed for technical adequacy (or conformity with instructions). May be assisted by lower level technicians and have frequent contact with professionals and others within the establishment. Performance at this level may include one or a combination of such typical duties as:

  Develops or reviews designs by extracting and analyzing a variety of engineering data. Applies conventional engineering practices to develop, prepare, or recommend schematics, designs, specifications, electrical drawings and parts lists. Examples of designs include: detailed circuit diagrams; hardware fittings or test equipment involving a variety of mechanisms; conventional piping systems; and building site layouts.

  Conducts tests or experiments requiring selection and adaptation or modification of a wide variety of critical test equipment and test procedures; sets up and operates equipment; records data, measures and records problems of significant complexity that sometimes require resolution at a higher level; and analyzes data and prepares test reports.

  Applies methods outlined by others to limited segments of research and development projects; constructs experimental or prototype models to meet engineering requirements; conducts tests or experiments and redesigns as necessary; and records and evaluates data and reports findings.

  1.New FBI assets received

  • Un-package deliveries & check serial number.

  • Create a new property form for physical PO records, reflecting PO, serial, FBI number and asset information.

  • Receive asset in AMS from PO.

  • Submit service request AMS to add asset on On-Order Report (as needed.)

  • Submit service request to get new item numbers created (as needed.)

  • Request FBI numbers from AMU.

  • Assign FBI number to new asset.

  • Input new FBI numbers into AMS and properly label new unit.

  2. AMS Monthly, annual Reports, Audits

  • Assist in conducting any required inventory audits (as requested)

  • Prepare on-order, in-transit, and other requested reports.

  • Maintain property sign out logs for computers and accountable assets.

  • Process excess assets to AMU.

  • Process personal property records for new and retiring personnel.

  3.Inventory Control

  • Inventory and maintain technical and telecommunications products in order to show proper accountability.

  • Analyze financial and other data, including revenue and expenditures and provide reports as needed to management.

  • Develops and implements administrative controls as needed and prepares various reports and manuals pertaining to unit policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for the shipping and receiving supplies and equipment for field office support.

  Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  Top Secret clearance required

  Experience - Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Access Programs. Knowledge of Asset Management System (AMS) desired, but not required. Capable of some light lifting (less than 50 lbs.) is required:
