JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Maintenance Technician - 3rd ShiftMonday - Friday 10:00pm-6:00am A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCETECHNICIAN As a Maintenance Technician, you troubleshoot and repairmechanical and electrical problems in production machinery and equipmentas they arise. Your fabrication and welding skills assist you in yourrepairs. In addition to repair projects, you also complete preventativemaintenance to ensure that everything is in working order. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Understanding or knowledge of electronics, single and 3 phase wiring upto 480 volts, Electronic Machine/Motion Controls, industrial HVACsystems, industrial refrigeration systems, industrial boiler/watertreatment systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and packaging andlabeling equipment. Ability to read and understand blueprints,mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical schematic diagrams, technicalmanuals, chemical warning labels, and material safety data sheets.Welding skills that comply with USDA/WDA standards. Ability to operateforklift, boom, and platform lifts. Ability to function in acomputerized maintenance management system. Ability to work fromelevated heights when using ladders and power lifts. Consistent andreliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels and meetcustomer commitments is required.
