Overview
The role holder will support the maintenance teams to improve the skills and competencies of the technical personnel of our manufacturing plants by supporting local teams to assess and identify gaps on skills of our maintenance technicians and support them in developing and maintaining the capability enablement materials (SOPs, training courses etc) through standard Document Management Systems.
Responsibilities
Develop/edit of Plant Maintenance SOPs (Standrad operating plans) and OPLs (One point lessons) to support capability enablement of operators and techniciansSupport VSU process by collecting training m aterial/manuals and ensure all documentation is in placeGovern database of relative documentation and share knowledge and material across all plantsSupport development and upgrades of online web training contentSupport local teams to develop masterplans for training development and monitor/report complianceOwn governance of training needs assessment / skills matrix / gap analysis and link into the system (Benchmax)Govern the SAP document management system (DMS) and sharing back to business (document version control)Refresh existing training materials and SOPs as requested by the local maintenance LT
Qualifications
1-3 years experience in Engineering/Technical function with Technical Writing skills of training materials. Proficiency in English (written and spoken)Technical skills demonstrated by a suitable bachelors degree (ie Science/Technological/Engineering)Demonstrated ability to interact with data, SAP, Power Apps and BI, or other dashboards and systems working Excel & Office package advanced knowledge mandatory
