Job Description Summary
Work closely with our 3PL network to ensure there is timely and accurate deliveries of goods to our customers across ANZ.
Key responsibilities
Oversee day today warehouse operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensure daily operational KPI are achieved.Responsible to manage daily inbound operation and ensure smooth coordination between different stakeholdersImprove financial status by analyzing inventory count results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management and may assist with annual and quarterly report outMake recommendations regarding distribution center financial improvements and potential risks to overall budget.Work with vendors and other departments to ensure that deliveries are scheduled for dates/times that will not conflict with events or projects.Maintain inventory of shipping materials and office supplies and reorders when neededManage 3rd party providers to deliver a high level of service on a continual basisPerform various SAP transactions including VGI/VGR, STO creation for GCS .Transact Month end scraping in SAP for Expired, Damaged, Quality and planer requested materials .Clear counts for HCL/SD and update negative /positive variances record in team's tracker.Work closely with DHL/HCL on daily inbound and outbound orders and provide assistant where required.Manage return registers on daily basis.
Knowledge / Experience required
5+ years' experience with data and operations analysisSAP and JDE ERP experience (Essential)Excellent oral & written communication skillsProblem solving skills and customer orientedAttention to the details & analytical skillsOrganizational and time management skillsGood computer literacy Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table) - intermediate levelWillingness to work as part of a team to support colleagues on an ad-hoc basisAgile - ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education
University degree in Business Administration or related degree preferable
