Are you an expert in the field of test management ( WMS, TMS and EDI) , and do you like monitoring and safeguarding quality? Then at GXO we are looking for you as Test Manager.
What you do on a typical day
As a Test Manager you are working on continuously improving the test lifecycles within our projects and running business. In addition, with a focus on quality, you are setting up and maturing testing capabilities within the GXO IT organisation in close collaboration with implementation teams. Throughout the project portfolio, you will be overseeing and managing testing efforts across the various stages of the projects.
You will work in the Belgium & Netherlands IT department and report to the Manager IT - Implementations. For this position, you will spend most of your time working at the various GXO locations in the Netherlands and Belgium
Responsibilities: Set-up and embed testing capabilities (including test approaches, test standards, test plans, test cycles, test cases, test data templates, ...) Embed, guide, track, and report on testing process across the various projects. Design, document and develop reusable (automated) test approaches and solutions based on experiences and best practices Develop and maintain dashboards showing testing progress and results Ensure adequate (testing) knowledge transfer to relevant entities Evaluation of testing tools, cost estimation, feasibility measurement for test purposes.

What you need to succeed at GXO You have a minimum of Bachelor-work and thinking level You have experience with WMS systems and logistical warehouse processes, preferably in a 3PL environment You have at least 4 years of experience in managing testing lifecycles in larger projects You have excellent written and spoken knowledge of the English languages. Knowledge of the French and Dutch language is an advantage. You have excellent interpersonal skills and powers of persuasion You drive high performance in the team
