　　Analysis of the current process and implementation theautomations to:

　　Delivery Accessories Process: Continue the process already started in automation for the processing of purchase tickets for accessories, registration of purchase orders, notification to users as well as modification. Monitoring of current RPA in prod Development of a second phase to adjust the information that has to be sent from the purchase tickets to the support groups Mobile Replacement Process:

　　Request for replacement cell phones to the provider 1 month in advanceUpdating of inventories regarding changes in the information of the user assigned to a cellular lineSending monthly reports to the owner of the cost centers of the linesNotification to the user for the update mobile OSResults presentation

　　Present weekly results by creating Power BI dashboards

　　Qualifications

　　StudyBackground: System Engineering or regarding Information Technology

　　Language: English (Basic Level)

　　IT Know How:

　　Automation: Knowledge of technology and software to perform tasks with little human intervention. Examples UIpath, WinAutomation, Power Automate.

　　Data Analysis: Knowledge of Data Analysis through interactive interfaces, reports and dashboards.

　　Programming Languages: Knowledge of.Net, CSharp, python, javaScript.

　　Data Base:knowledge of handling tables, queries, stored procedures in SQL
