Property & Casualty Advisor
We’re looking for overachievers who love interacting with customers over the phone. A closer who is excellent at building rapport and winning long-term loyalty from your clients. As a member of our team, you have an opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to build and develop customer relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be selling auto and home insurance to consumers. No cold calls. Handle inbound, outbound and high intent warm transfers who requested insurance online. Our technology will be automatically dialing out to the assigned leads while our call center also transfers warm transfers. Work closely with dedicated management to meet and exceed goals.
Compensation: $26/hr + Commission
About You:
Have a current Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license. You have multiple years of experience selling Personal Lines (auto and home) as a top producer. You have experience working with multiple carriers at once. Enjoy providing a high level of service with a focus on quality to help clients get the coverage they need. You possess exceptional phone skills, developing rapport with your clients quickly. Self-motivated, coachable, multitasker, tech savvy, and organized. Must have excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening. Must have access to a quiet work space and sufficient internet speed. We get it. Requirements can sometimes hold people back from applying to a job, but don’t let that be the case here. If you believe you have the skills it takes to elevate this role, team, and company, we encourage you to apply for this role.
