In this role, you will:Manage and develop large Loan Production, Loan Servicing, and Commercial Loan teams responsible for loan processing, documentation, pre-closing or closing tasks, loan monitoring, loan servicing, or underwriting activitiesEngage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the Lending Operations functional areaIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Lending Operations functional areaParticipate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelinesOversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policiesDetermine appropriate strategies and actions of Lending Operations team to meet moderate to high risk deliverablesInterpret and develop policies and procedures for meeting compliance, risk management, and quality standardsCollaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managersInteract with external customers throughout the conducting of loan processing and liquidations evaluationProvide quality customer serviceManage allocation of people and financial resources for Lending OperationsDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyRequired Qualifications:
6+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of Management experienceDesired Qualifications:Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Law preferredParalegal and/or finance experience.Asset Based Lending experienceSound understanding of LUCAS (Loan Underwriting Collateral Analysis System) and CLIC (Client Loan Information Criteria) applicationExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in reading and understanding complex loan documentationAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skillsSound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook) Job Expectations:Manage the activities and operations of the Central ABL Portfolio Support Team (CAPS) team which is responsible for reviewing highly complex loan documentation to properly onboard of new Capital Finance Asset Based Lending (ABL) clients on the LUCAS loan system and process loan modifications for existing clients. In addition, the team is responsible for the processing of access requests in the Wells Fargo CEO/Vantage portal.
