Overview
Key internal clients assigned for this Position are Marketing, Commercial (TT, OT, GTM, CCD), HR-Admin, Finance, Control, IP Legal, C&E (for C&E Training). In addition, this Position also handles other legal works including contract reviews, legal template development, legal training, POA, Legal newsletter, Record retentions of Legal, Legal Admin works
Responsibilities
The position has been empowered to drive legal compliance at a local level to support the cross-fucntional teams as follows: Act as legal primary contact for the following internal clients in providing legal advices and supports: Marketing, Commercial (TT, OT, GTM, CCD), HR-Admin, Finance, Control, IP LegalProvide legal review for all contracting issues under functions mentioned in Point a above; also, the Position is empowered to approve contracts up to value of 30K USD as per contract management guideline.Reponsible for other programs of Legal, including:LicensingLegal training (Commercial, IP, ABAC)POACompany seal managementLegal newsletterRecord retentions of LegalLegal admin works.Provide legal copy reviews for all artworks, marketing collaterals, packagingsAssist Legal Director in consumer protection issuesContact person of VNF for intellectual properties mattersDeliver legal trainings (TM training, Ad & Promo training)PDPD contact persons for departments/functions that are under charge of this role.Legal projects: CMS, PDPD
Qualifications
Legal qualification, 3 - 7 years of experience;Highly proactive;Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both orally and in writing;Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to both work independently with supervision and as part of a collaborative team;Good time management and organizational skills;Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and resourcefulness;Fluency in English & Vietnamese both spoken & written. Time management.Fluent in English and master in computer office skills.Effective leader in cross-functional project teams with sound Project Management.Proven influencing skills to positively impact complex negotiations. Good knowledge on Contractual term/ risk analysis/ liabilities and indemnities / SLA's / and general commercial terms.Good legal knowledge and ability to conduct legal research, legal memo drafting.Ability to understand the business and balance business needs with legal and ethical obligations.Ability to impact and influence at a senior level and gain trust of Corporate teams and senior management.Demonstrate competency skills with the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both orally and in writing.Good time management and organizational skills.
