Purpose of the role
Support the Head of Learner Experience to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders (HR & business), about the reach, quality and impact of priority-skills learning experiences and programs.
Strengthen the technical design and implementation of robust measurement and evaluation systems and approaches across the L&D project portfolio.
Participate in cross-functional project teams, including L&D, HR, business leads, SMEs (internal & external), to deliver best-in-class learning measurement and evaluation solutions.
Accountabilities:
Support implementation of the metrics and analytics strategy, ensuring that the data is relevant, timely and tells a meaningful story about reach, quality, and impactDevelop program-level measurement & evaluation processes, to produce relevant, timely, data (qualitative and quantitative), to assess and improve program quality, learner experience, and performance outcomesCreate and maintain interactive and intuitive dashboards to provide reports and status updates on key programs – focused on reach, quality, and impactFacilitate strategic coordination and alignment around learning measurement and evaluation, including related knowledge sharing between teams, CoEs, project teams and markets/functions
Key Requisites:
5+ years experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and data management, and proficient in the use of statistical analysis software preferably in Training /HR domainAdvanced knowledge of measurement and evaluation theory and practicesDeep knowledge of tools and approaches for facilitating data utilization and application, including data visualization and presentation, facilitating learning and reflection activities
