About Lean Operational Execution Specialist

   Specialist | Full-Time | Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

  The Global Service LEAN team is responsible for coordinating further our Service Business' continuous improvement and execution excellence culture. We develop the process for Strategy Deployment, work on establishing global concepts, and implement breakthrough improvements based on methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

  In this role, you will develop professionally in a high-achieving and high-paced team in a global environment. You will have great impact and influence on the profitability and development of our Service business. While keeping high Safety and Quality standards, you will engage with our front-line operational organization to create value for our customers and shareholders, execute process improvements to reduce operational costs, and increase speed and productivity through waste elimination.

  Responsibilities

  Assist in developing scoped projects for executionImplement Lean/Cost-Out projects as directed by Head of OperationsLead and facilitate cross-functional workshops and teamsSupport closure of key actions related to operational prioritiesReduce operational costs through Lean/Six Sigma/Cost-Out project completionBe the motivation for progress on process improvementSupport other related projects as assigned

  Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years of Continuous Improvement or Quality experienceExperience with Process Improvement & Value Stream MappingMust have extensive experience bringing about improvementsExperience with change management and implementationEstablished project management skillsExperience facilitating meetings with executive leaders and other key stakeholder groupsAbility to speak effectively with external groups, customers, and employees

  Competencies

  Able to connect improvement with operational and financial performance.Creative problem-solving skills.Ability to create impact & receive buy from management teams and functional teams.Quality written/verbal presentation and communication skillsProven history of growth in big corporationsEffective interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
