  Your Role

  Lead and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for HR

  Assess current HR processes and identify areas for digital enhancement

  Develop and integrate a cohesive HR technology ecosystem

  Manage change process and maximize user adoption of new HR technologies

  Create a more engaging and efficient technology platform to enhance employee experience

  Build collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders and technology vendors

  Transform HR processes to be more efficient, responsive, and aligned with organizational needs

  Leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making in talent management and workforce planning

  About the Team

  Meet Anja!

  Anja Hamilton is the EVP and Chief of People at Nutanix, and this role will report to her as part of the People Leadership Team.

  Anja joined Nutanix in 2022, bringing her extensive experience in guiding global teams and driving innovative change to take our community to the next level. She's passionate about building an irresistible culture that enables the Nutanix community of dreamers, builders, and innovators to disrupt the industry.

  In her short time here, Anja has created a team culture of open communication, collaboration, and trust. She's looking to hire a disruptive leader who can help us bring our systems and tools into harmony and recommend where we should be making investments for the future.

  Nutanix is a hybrid first company, valuing the ability to align the best talent to right opportunities. The Global People team consists of remote, hybrid, and in-office peers.

  The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 206,640 and USD $ 413,400 per year.

  However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

  If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
