  Overview

  The Enterprise Risk and Compliance team is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

  Role

  • At least 6 Years of Archer Development Experience with strong knowledge and working experience of any programming or scripting language.

  • Ability to Architect, Design & Implement out of the box and customized GRC solution in Archer platform. Strong Experience with Advanced Workflows.

  • Have good exposure & experience in Data Integration and API enablement features in Archer. Strong experience with developing custom objects using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and API integrations.

  • Knowledge of Risk Management, Issue Management, Threat, Vendor with solid understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance concepts (GRC).

  • Ability to work with business partners to determine and translate business requirements into functional solutions.

  • Partner with internal business stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly to 2+ levels.

  • Provide support and guidance to the team (junior resources) to provide thoughtful and sustainable solutions to benefit the end-users. The ability to establish and foster professional relationships across different levels of the organization.

  • Be a strong, confident speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.

  • Always look for potential solutions to solve problems.

  In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance), flexible spending account and health savings account, paid leaves (including 16 weeks new parent leave, up to 20 paid days bereavement leave), 10 annual paid sick days, 10 or more annual paid vacation days based on level, 5 personal days, 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays, 401k with a best-in-class company match, deferred compensation for eligible roles, fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities, eligibility for tuition reimbursement, gender-inclusive benefits and many more.

  Pay Ranges

  O'Fallon, Missouri: $138,000 - $221,000 USD
