Job Description Summary
As a member of the Field Services and Maintenance team, you will be an active contributor related to the assignment of the employees to jobs based upon their skills, abilities, availability and crew performance to maximize the effectiveness of the team.
This role will require you to oversee a medium to large sized/highly complex employee base and work with clients to help facilitate business needs and requests for their customer base.

Your Role:
Assign employees to jobs based upon their skills, abilities, availability and team performance to maximize the effectiveness of the allocated teamManage field employees including participation in selection, employment and introduction of new employees, employees' contracts, contract reviews, employee performance evaluations, identify training and job assignment, mobilization of field employees, and address daily employee needs and requestsServe as the employees' primary point of contact regarding training, mobilization, pay, and assignments and resolve concerns or conflictsAnalyze customer feedback and post-outage data to determine ways to improve future customer satisfaction, and resource utilization and reduce costCoordinate with EHS to ensure employees are up to date on required EHS training
Basic Qualifications (requirements):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical fieldMinimum 5 years project management experienceMinimum 5 years proven experience in power generation or technical industryExperience in managing and developing employeesAbility to travel internationallyAbility and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as needed and required by field assignmentsEnglish &Croatian language proficiency mandatory
