Experience in Securities Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training and educationExperience as Team Lead/Senior Representative/SMEDesired Qualifications:3 years of working experience (voice and back office support) in the BPO/Contact Center industryPreferred background in securities operations (e.g trade processing, trade booking, brokerage services, derivatives, fixed income, etcExcellent problem solving, analytical and technical skills with ability to apply critical judgment and come up with effective decisionsStrong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation with ability to validate workHigh proficiency with Microsoft Program Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and perform under pressure with a high motivation and able to meet stringent deadlines with strong sense of urgency and results and detail orientation.Ability to plan, prioritize and execute a body of work with minimal supervisionExceptional research, data entry and exception handling skillsFlexibility to work in night shifts, or weekends/holidays if deemed necessary by the businessPossess an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency and business acumen.Highly analytical and keen to detailsFamiliarity with banking documentsAbility and experience to interact with US Customers Job Expectations:
This position is equivalent to a team lead role and within the Advisory Maintenance and Setup department of Wells Fargo Advisors. We are looking for dynamic, detail oriented and proactive group of individuals who can perform variety of operational tasks for highly complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require expert knowledge of unit functions and systems. Differentiating, processing and reconciling transactionsPerforming a variety of balancing taskAble to handle critical production or escalation issuesAct as liaison to other internal departments including technology group and external sourceProvides departmental level of reporting using multiple sourcesMay define user requirements and contribute to production and workflow improvementProvides training or work direction for staffProvides back up for numerous departmental functionMay create or maintain databasesWorks under minimal supervision with some degree of independenceEnsures the team is achieving quality individual and corporate metrics as well as service level agreement (SLA) goalsMonitors the queues Allocates work to team membersPerforms timely quality reviews Ensures that all reports under scope is maintained and updated daily Attends to team member queries and concerns Performs informal / formal coaching to team members as necessary Able to process and perform BAU tasks on top of any admin tasks. The Advisory Maintenance and Setup team is responsible for the processing of Service requests coming from all sub firms (sales channels) that utilize the Wells Fargo Advisory programs - depending on the product type (Financial Advisor - Client directed programs, Mutual Fund programs or Separately managed account programs. This includes the establishment of new accounts, maintenance of existing accounts, trade facilitation for certain products, account terminations, and ongoing billing of accounts. The team is not responsible for brokerage account opening but more on adding specific Advisory programs to the retail/brokerage account handled by individual Financial Advisor or Client Associate.
