Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a team lead in the designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as lead processes for creating and maintaining IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

The Corporate Functions Technology - Software Engineering - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Independently determine the needs of the customer while identifying and resolving conflicting or complementary needs across customer groups.Applying advanced skill, knowledge and experience, design and develop software solutions to meet customer needs.Use a process-driven approach to leading design solutions.Implement new software technology and coordinate simultaneous implementation tasks across teams.May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.

Minimum Required Experiences
4 yearsExpertise building applications on Salesforce platform specifically Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities with good understanding of Salesforce Security model; Salesforce Configuration and Customizations - Apex class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Lightning Design System; Events, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts etc.Experience build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.Hands-on experiences with migrating changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA and ANTWell versed with various Salesforce metadata API's, deployment methodologies, code coverage & release processAbility to effectively debug and resolve production issues and system defects.
Desired Experiences
6+ years working in Salesforce LightningBachelors in computer science, IT, Math majors preferred.Strong Programming/Java background preferred.Strong preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified in the following areas: Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Platform Developer I and Certified Platform Developer IIExperience using software and computer systems' architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer applicationsGood communication skills along with problem solving and analytical skills.
