　　As a Lead Product Manager in Banking and Money Movement, you will be responsible for owning the roadmap for at least one product line – driving new product ideas from inception to launch; partnering with a dedicated engineering team to define technological design and scope; leading cross functional teams to build vendor relationships; implementing product operations and onboard clients; and leading client conversations with sales.

　　What You’ll Do

　　Lead and inspire others with a product vision and roadmap Drive new product ideas from inception to launch Partner with a dedicated engineering lead to define technological design and scope including architecture, APIs, data models, migrations, and integrations. Writing and consulting on specs, managing design challenges, and taking the lead in promoting interoperability and scale. Partner with cross functional teams to build vendor relationships, implement product operations and onboard clients Investigate complex problems and design simple solutions for them. Analyze product usage and performance trends to inform product and business decisions Act as technical advisor to educate and evangelize feature(s) with customers via meetings, presentations and other forums What We’re Looking For

　　6+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on shipping technically complex products and/or platforms.  Strong fintech background with banking and money movement knowledge.  Experience working directly with engineering teams with a clear understanding of their tradeoffs. Excellent technical acumen, curiosity, and familiarity with new technologies, APIs, programming languages, and databases. Deep customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution. A clear communicator, active listener, and cross-organizational relationship builder who can drive for results cross-functionally and influence others within the company. Define and translate a vision into detailed and actionable plans You have a bias towards action, are intellectually curious, execute efficiently, and are relentlessly resourceful. Nice-To-Haves

To support Flex First, we calibrate pay to a competitive value according to working location. Compensation is aligned according to three tiers within the United States:

　　National: A baseline tier that applies to most of the geographic territory of the United States. Premium: Slightly elevated from the National tier, and oriented toward a narrower set of higher cost-of-living areas, such as Los Angeles CA and Seattle WA Premium Plus: A tier for the most expensive working areas, like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City.

　　When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position is:

　　National: $121,950 - $162,600 Premium: $137,250 - $183,000  Premium Plus: $152,475 -$203,300 We also believe in recognizing the contributions of our people. That's why we award annual bonuses to eligible employees, rewarding both individual performance and the success of the entire company.
