Job Description:
Responsible for implementing strategies and system improvements to support Card Acquisition business operations. Utilizes data to identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, foster collaboration, and problem solve issues. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management and bring said issues through the full life-cycle of the problem management framework.
What You'll Do
Implement strategies and systems improvements to support business operations.Execute controls on regular cadence and support internal and external audits.Collaborate cross functionally to build scalable processes, identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiencies.Drive continuous improvement in campaign and pricing execution, process building, and test data.Assist in developing the strategic long term planning of operational infrastructure while maintaining the ability get the day to day done successfully.
How You'll Do It
Assess root causes and solutions for issues that arise.Lead performance improvement implementations.Partner with internal teams and external partners to define implementation requirements and timelines.Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners to ensure solutions are within regulatory guidelines.Ensure operational readiness for all implementations, technology, and process changes.Identify opportunities to improve operations by developing a deep understanding of key processes, analyzing data, and observing workflows to present recommendations.Document processes, process flows, and post-launch validation resultsDrive the development, enhancement, and monitoring of reporting metrics.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics:
Bachelor's degree in business, arts and sciences, or related field4+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operationsIn lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operations
Bonus Points If You Have:
4+ years of experience in applicable line of business (home loans, deposits, personal loans, student loans), or related fieldExperience working in highly regulated industry which requires executing controls, audits, and interacting with Legal, Compliance and Risk partners.Experience/knowledge using Snowflake, SAS

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
