  Job Description:

  Responsible for supporting and maintaining core technology systems. Performs data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, analyzing process, and data flows for process improvement opportunities. Supports system upgrades, testing, and other data management and integration activities. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

  Responsibilities

  Manages high-level system administrator for Learning Management System (LMS).Monitor overall system health and performance.Manage upgrades by reviewing pending updates and leading testing for system upgrades.Maintain integrations with other systems including Workday, Tableau/Teradata, and third-party content providers such as LinkedIn Learning.Serve as the LMS technical SME to help resolve complex issues, manage projects and initiatives and drive LMS strategy.Develops an approach to usability that delivers a world class experience in the LMS.Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system improvements and enhancements.Provides direction, mentoring, and guidance to team members.Supports release management, reviews release summaries, and releases readiness documents from solution vendors. Identifies enhancement solutions and impacts to downstream systems.Partners with technology teams and third-party consultants to develop and deploy data interfaces and systems integrations.Provides project management oversight for decentralized projects, programs, and initiatives.Researches system trends with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support.Maintains awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applies key technologies. Examines trends in information systems training, materials, and techniques. Through classes, training, use of collaborative tools at work, cloud communities, continually increases both HR knowledge and HR Technology application/tools knowledge.Recommends process and customer service improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes. Designs and develops user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support change management initiatives.

  Minimum Qualifications

  At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Human Resources6+ years of experience in Human Capital Management SystemsIn lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Human Capital Management Systems

  Preferred Qualifications

  3-5 years of experience in SumTotal or similar LMS platformsDeep knowledge and experience in understanding enterprise requirements necessary to successfully implement a complex SaaS or PaaS solutionAdvanced knowledge in learning standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and content authoring.Knowledge of HTML/CSSAbility to critically think about strategies and identify potential solutions.

  Compensation:

  The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
