Plan, develop, execute comms and messages from exec directors & sr. leaders at 7 hospitals in system's Western region. Produce HR policy comms, team member appointment announcements, develop comms strategies, execute comm plans supporting system-wide mgmt initiatives, employee egmt programs/activations, and crisis comms. Develop comms for union team members. Produce comms for employee egmt initiatives, planning & supporting annual surveys & drafting/executing strategies to retain talent & build culture & enterprise-wide. Provide comms counsel & support on equity, diversity, inclusion & belonging initiatives & comms that complement Northwell's overarching diversity strategy. Oversee comms for employee well-being initiatives. Support development and distribution of clinical comms. Lead system-wide comms efforts for entertainment marketing initiatives. Work closely with site comms network to ensure alignment. Work closely w/ emergency mgmt team to communicate emergency responses efforts at western region and systemwide levels. Reqs: Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology + 2 yrs exp as Communications Specialist for Health System. Salary: $148,242 (no range)
