　　Coaches and mentors Process excellence and Change management for business teams.Coaches leveraging tools to instill a culture of Lean, problem solving, and continual improvement.Coach and mentor process development, identification of efficiencies, risk reduction, and problem solving that provide business impact with measurable outcomes.Responsible for learning and adhering to DMS standard work, Operational Excellence standards, and Process and Control standards.Leading team and/or cross functional process design sessions to identify and resolve gaps, risks, variation, and cycle time

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

　　Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology4+ year of experience with Operations, Change Management, Process Improvement, Process Management, Business Technology, or relatedIn lieu of education, 6+ years' experience with Continuous Improvement, Strategic Change Management, or related

　　The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
