DUTIES: Mowing, weed trimming, and raking or clean-up ofleaves with blowers. Also, installation, pruning, and trimming ofplants, and shrubs. Placing and tilling dirt, mulch, compost, and sod.General landscape labor using landscape equipment for landscapeinstallation and maintenance. Loading and unloading of materials andequipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds. Work performed on localarea jobsites with employer provided transportation to and from thejobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area ofemployment. No experience required. On the job training. No educationrequired. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the jobduties are supplies (at no charge). WAGE: \$21.78 - \$24.00 P/hr. Wagerange based on experience and performance. Employerprovides transportation from an agreed upon centralized pickup locationto the daily jobsite. OPTIONAL BENEFITS: Assistance securing lodging isavailable. The employer will make all deductions required by law fromeach paycheck. Any additional deductions are optional, includingOptional Low-Cost Housing, including utilities (cost is \$110 p/wk) andoptional group health insurance (the worker pays 50% of the monthlypremium, about \$78 p/wk). H2B workers will be reimbursed by check forvisa and related fees in the first workweek. If the worker completes 50%of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workersreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will beequal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of\$15.46/day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00/day with receipts.
