Job Description
An Oil & Energy Client in downtown Houston is seeking and Administrative Assistant to Support their Land organization. This person will be responsible for general administrative duties such as meeting scheduling, mailings, and maintaining filing systems. Additionally, they will extract data from SAP and compile monthly reports for the team. The admin will also have various other tasks as requested by Land Ownership or Contract teams.
Skills and Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Ability to manage data and compile data reports
High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple task simultaneously - Knowledge/understanding of SAP
Experience in an administrative role for a land group
Knowledge of Kofax or Thought Trace
Background in division order null
