SET UP DISH ROOM AREAWITH THE PROPER SOLUTION FOR PRESOAKING SILVERWARE -ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENTIS WORKING PROPERLY -MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF ENTIRE DISH ROOM, SWEEP ANDMOP AREA WHEN NEEDED. -DISH MACHINE CLEANLINESS MUST BE MAINTAINED,CHANGE WATER EVERY TWO HOURS AND DE-LIME WEEKLY BREAKDOWN DUTIES: -ALLCHINA, GLASS, AND BLACK TRAYS MUST BE CLEANED AND REMOVED FROM DISH ROOMAT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SHIFT -CLEAN ALL SHELVES ON THE BACK LINE,ORGANIZE CHEMICALS -DRAIN AND CLEAN GLASS MACHINE, REPLACE ALL INTERNALPARTS IN THE CORRECT ORDER, -CLEAN DISH MACHINE THOROUGHLY, -INITIATEAUTO-CLEAN CYCLE AND THROUGHLY CLEAN OUT PULPER -SPOT-CHECK AND CLEANALL AREAS OF DISH ROOM (WALLS, FLOORS, SINKS, ETC) -NO DIRTY EQUIPMENTIS TO BE LEFT FOR THE NEXT SHIFT, ALL GLASSES, CHINA, AND FLATWARE IS TOBE CLEAN AND STORED PROPERLY PRIOR TO DEPARTING WORK AREA. DAILYOPERATIONS DUTIES: -LOAD DISH MACHINE WITHOUT DAMAGE TO CHINA -GLASSESARE TO BE PREWASHED AND STACKED ACCORDING TO ALIKE GLASSES. -DISH ANDOTHER ITEMS SHOULD BE CHECKED FOR CLEANLINESS WHEN FINISHED-CONSISTENTLY CLEANING AND SANITIZING THE WORK AREA (MOP SPILLSIMMEDIATELY, PICK UP DISCARDED ITEMS, EMPTY TRASH CONTAINERS) -REPORTALL LEAKS TO THE SUPERVISOR IMMEDIATELY -ITEMS THAT COULD DRIP ARE NEVERCARRIED THROUGH THE KITCHEN OR DINING ROOM; EITHER WIPE DRY, CARRY ON ATRAY, IN A BUCKET, OR OTHER CONTAINER The employer will provide workersat no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform thejob. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Six months fine-dining prior experience ina high volume, resort or private club SCHEDULE: 35 hrs p/wk. Workschedule can vary and may include evening and weekend hours. Work may beperformed on any day of the week. A single workweek will be used tocompute wages due. Wages are paid bi-weekly. WAGE: Employer will pay\$17.03 p/hr When available, Overtime pays at \$25.55 p/hr. LOCATION(S):Workers are assigned to one (1) worksite per day, and rarely traveloutside of their assigned worksite. Therefore, travel throughout thisarea is required is zero. Daily commuting time to worksites is less thanone (1) hour. Daily transportation to and from worksite is availablethrough local bus route; worksite is less than 12 miles from housing.OPTIONAL BENEFITS: If hired, Company is willing to facilitate housingaccommodations through a third party. Housing is available on afirst-come, first-serve basis. If accepted, cost is no more than \$235p/wk. A security deposit of no more than \$200, may be required, whichis refundable if housing is left in good condition.
