Overview
The Key Management Delivery team is looking for a Key Management Product Analyst II to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
• Participates in defining the key management strategy, goals, and objectives
• Manages the roadmap requirements, prioritization, success criteria's, business communication and integration for the key management products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Provide application support and collaborate with internal and external customers
• Translate business needs into clear deliverables for technical teams ensuring alignment with the overall business and security strategy.
• Together with business stakeholders, review new demands, identify the scope and prioritize the features and functionalities
• Work closely with cross functional teams, including development, design and testing to drive the successful implementation of the functionalities.

• Knowledge of IT Security and/or cryptography
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

• Flexible and capable to multi-task and cope with emergency and stressful situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
