What you'll do:
The Position is responsible for closing sales numbers for Business. He / She would also be responsible for Marketing of the Products, ensuring the Spec-in of the products and create new customer base. The position will also be responsible for Key customer / Consultants / EPC accounts in the Region
• To establish the strategy to build long term relationship with Key Accounts.
• To undertake Technical Marketing and ensure Spec-in in Projects.
• Implements sustainable action plan to establish Eaton as a brand among the Key Accounts that contribute to the high growth opportunities.
• Analyzing and Identifying business needs and creating an opportunity and building relationships by frequent customer visits.
• Post order techno-commercial customer support in Region.
• Build strategy and execution model for YOY growth of the business within Key Accounts.
• Keep close personal contact to appropriate levels of Key Accounts.
• Strong understanding of DCS business in Oil & Gas.
• Co-ordinate all issues between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, finance.
Qualifications:
• 18 to 20 years + experience in a commercial sales function with firsthand knowledge of India customers, focusing on present and future target markets - Oil & Gas / Pharma / DCS
• Degree qualified with an engineering degree in Instrumentation / Electronics.
Skills:
• Knowledge on Interface technology / DCS system / PLC system.
• Evidence of success in building and maintaining Key Customer relationships
• Capable of developing and executing support strategies
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry relevant standards,
