THE POSITION
Independently monitor, prioritize, and contact Key accounts to maximize cash flow, reduce delinquent accounts, and minimize past dues, while retaining and growing the business.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Communicate/coordinate customer contact, action plans, and resolution of issues with Finance/ Sales leadership.Negotiate potential settlement/reconciliation items to meet business objectives.Create, distribute, and present critical data through reporting including charts, excel, and meeting presentations.Manage deductions through partnership with responsible parties.Proactively monitor, review, analyze, and provide credit limit recommendations using various credit data tools including analysis of financial statements.Limit approval to $250K EUR and back up to Local Credit Manager.Evaluate and release orders that require review on a timely basis.Engage Sales/Plant/Distribution management to identify root cause issues and facilitate discussion on resolutions with internal owners.Additional Functions: Support and participate in regional/local AR projects as needed.

Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or 4 years or more if no bachelor's degree.Experience in B2B accounts receivable or related field. Manufacturing setting preferred.Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate and resolve issues with internal and external customers.Ability to handle multiple priorities, and process large volumes of information in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.Experience working in a multi-cultural, global setting.ERP experience required.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
