WHAT YOU'LL DO

　　In this versatile role, you will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and continuously developing our interview days for consulting positions in Germany and Austria, primarily in our Düsseldorf office. In addition, you'll have full ownership of the entire candidate journey of our consulting candidates and accompany "your" candidates end to end, from receipt of their application to the signed employment contract. You'll also support various other recruiting activities within the team as required. If you are starting or changing your career, this position is an ideal entry-level position for gaining initial professional experience in recruiting and developing your skills.

　　You'll also monitor all ongoing interview processes as an interface between recruiters, interviewers, and candidates, continuously develop and refine interview processes to ensure a high-quality application experience, draft employment contracts, and perform several other administrative tasks. You'll be responsible for budget planning and oversight within your sphere of responsibility. Finally, you'll support special projects and analyses as required.

　　YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

　　You have successfully completed commercial training or training in the hotel or catering industry and have gained some work experience. Alternatively, you have completed a bachelor's degree.

　　Some relevant experience in a similar role, especially in professional services, is a plus.

　　You're proficient in the MS Office suite.

　　Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.

　　You'll be a member of our interdisciplinary Recruiting team based in Munich and Düsseldorf, whose collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. You'll report to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your role and developing professionally, and you will also always be able to draw upon the experience of your coworkers.
