Cyber Data Risk & Resilience
Cyber Data Risk and Resilience (CDRR) is part of the Global Technology and Operations organization and manages operational and technology related risks on behalf of the Firm. The group's key principles are to provide proactive, comprehensive and consistent risk management, to enable the execution of the Firms strategy. CDRR's mandate is to enable the Firm to manage its technology and data related risks through implementing proactive, comprehensive and consistent risk management practices across the Firm to protect the franchise while capturing business opportunities. The CDRR team partners with the business by ensuring that Technology and Data understands how to manage, escalate and monitor risk.
The Spend Management Technology organization is responsible for delivering innovative enterprise technology solutions that enable the business' processes for firm-wide controls including Sourcing, Contract Management, Accounts Payable, Asset Management and Third Party Oversight.
Job Profile
Spend Management Technology (SMT) is seeking a Backend/Database developer who will play an integral role in designing, implementing, and supporting data integration with new systems, data warehouse, and data extraction solutions across SMT functional areas. The candidate must have hands-on experience working on Informatica, shell scripting. Python, worked with database (DB2), database procedural language.
In addition, candidate must have experience work independently.
The candidate must also be well versed in full software development lifecycle and methodologies
QUALIFICATIONS
Primary Skills
• 5-7 years of experience working as a hands-on Python developer along with proficiency in Database Development.
• Worked extensively on data integration, designing, and developing reusable interfaces/
• Advanced experience in Python, DB2, Postgres, shell scripting, Unix, Perl scripting, DB platforms, database design and modeling
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based technology
• Expert level understanding of data warehouse, core database concepts and relational database design
• Experience in writing stored procedures, optimization, and performance tuning
• Strong Technology acumen and a deep strategic mindset
Good To have Skills
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
• A desire and openness to learning and continuous improvement, both of yourself and your team members
• Hands-on experience on development of APIs, Informatica is a plus
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus
